FUEL SAVING TIPS
1. Change your Air Filter: A dirty filter prevents cylinders from drawing enough air and throws off the fuel/air ratio.
2. Follow the Recommended Maintenance Schedule: Spark Plugs, Oxygen Sensors, Fuel Filters, Air Filters, and Clean Oil are essential for performance and fuel economy.
3. Clean your Fuel Injectors: Starved Fuel Injectors can impede performance and fuel economy.
4. Drive Slower: If your RPM's over 3,000 you're burning excess fuel.
5. Tires, Alignment and Brakes: Proper tire tread and inflation, Alignment and Brakes will reduce friction thus improving fuel economy.
6. Think before you Ventilate: When driving slower it may be better to turn off the A/C and open windows; On freeways close windows reducing drag and turn on the A/C
7. Think Clean: Keeping your car clean reduces drag.
