Classic RAM 1500 to be Offered Alongside New RAM 1500

As the all new RAM 1500 begins to arrive at dealerships, the automaker has announced that they will continues to sell the outgoing generation of the pickup alongside the new generation. They will add a Classic badge to the generation that debuted back in 2010, which was the year RAM split off from Dodge as its own truck brand, bringing us the line of trucks we’ve grown to love and that brings many customers into Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep® RAM

The RAM Classic will be offered in the final quarter of 2018 and as a 2019 model. This RAM Classic will come in three different trim packages. First is the RAM Classic Chrome Plus that is mated with the Tradesman trim and offers a body color matched upper front facia, chrome bumpers, 17-inch wheels, a remote keyless entry, and a completely carpeted floor. The RAM Classic Tradesman SXT package will include the same plus a five-inch radio screen, fog light, and 20-inch wheels. The RAM Classic Express Black Accent Package will include black wheels, black badging, and black headlight bezels.

Offered in 4x2 and 4x4 varieties, the RAM Classic will come with three engine choices that include the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6, 5.7-liter V8 HEMI engine, and a 3.0-liter EcoDiesel V6. It will also be offered in Regular Cab, Quad Cab, or Crew Cab with various bed length options.
