SUPER SHADY DEALERSHIP! Jordan and Johnny are con artists. Tried to switch trucks on me. They do this to lots of customers! Came in with a paid off 2018 Jeep for a trade in, and cash. Found a ram I wanted. Was in the financial office starting paperwork when the woman got a call and said we needed to restart the paperwork. I realized they were having me sign for a different truck with a different vin. When I pointed this out they played dumb. I went to leave in my Jeep. They blocked me and refused to let me leave. ...

Poor communication. Service Dept. had my car for seven days and the Service Advisor never called me. I left two messages and a text. No communication. I had to get a ride back to Crown Dodge, and I took my vehicle back. Luckily the Staff at the Cashier Desk had compassion, and took my keys from the Service Advisor. No service. I have to go somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Bought a car from Luis and I just wanted to say how dissapointed I am with not only him but the entire dealership. I purchased a new wrangler 4xe and when delivered came with no charge which I thought was odd. I drove from Orange County to Ventura, California to see what they had to offer based on an ad for a new Jeep. Even with the discount it was a little more than I wanted to pay. was our sales consultant and he has zero follow through. Also I was blatantly lied to during my transaction. I told them I was going to finance with my credit union and they said, don't worry we can send it to your credit union for you. When I went to sign my documents the finance guy said they didn't have my credit union was they submitted my credit to a different bank at double the interest rate. Then we didn't receive the headphones to the rear entertainment. I have been texting and calling for over a month ...

Horrible customer service. I'm negotiating with a sales rep for 2 weeks straight. Gave them an offer and they're still trying to just 100k for a 23 used hellcat. Definitely not worth the headache when purchasing a vehicle. Bad experience with these guys.

My vehicle was at this dealership for over 37 days. I was approved by the manufacturer to rent a vehicle. The day I retrieved my vehicle from dealership I noticed a dent on the left side bumper caused by one of their technicians. No apology or accountability from the dealership. The service provided by Justin Castro on April 4 for our Jeep was very impressive. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous and made us feel comfortable throughout. He’s an excellent employee who makes Crown Dodge look like an outstanding organization.

I had a wonderful experience. I started talking to him over the phone and then I drove from Bakersfield to Ventura when I got there I was greeted well and very respectful. They got me in and out answered all my questions I definitely would recommend and I already have to a couple coworkers.

Oil change Tuesday. Arrived 1/2 hour early. Got in first and was there about 45 minutes. It pays to get up early. Kelsey was very friendly. If She is my service writer now am happy. But hope not to need her services soon.

New truck, seven months, old engine failure will take approximately a month to get parts and fix at best.

our Jeep was over heating, we were over 2hours away from home, picking up a new adopted puppy on Super Bowl Sunday. The salesman helped us park the car & drop off our keys. Eric Rodriquez was our Service Mgr- & got the car fixed quickly.

My service manager is great . Problem was cashier and picking up my car. At 5:40 PM she said I have 5 min to pay online cause she was leaving . Website says cashier leaves at 6 . Had to delay pick up of my car to the following day . She was very short and rude about it

Willy Ellis has been fantastic through the whole process. We have a CalFire grant for a chip truck. CalFire is very difficult to deal with, and Willy has been most accommodating working around the delays the grantor has caused. The truck is great, also.

We had a horrible experience with the dealers that were not honest. They were not honest, charged us more than we were supposed to get charged, and then took our new tires off and put on cheap tires. If it wasn't for Robert in the service department, we would have had to take legal actions. Thank you to Robert and his son. Both very kind and honest people.
